Christmas Returns policy: As per our T&Cs, any products purchased directly at elsieandtom.co.uk can be returned if found to be faulty. This does not include for any natural occurring defects suck as mushrooming, cracking, wet spots or frosting which are all-natural characteristics of the natural ingredients found in our products. 

‌‌Please be advised that we are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at www.elsieandtom.co.uk or from an elsie&tom store. If you purchased a product at one of our authorised stockists please contact them directly. 

‌We will notify by email once your return/s have been received and processed. 

‌Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. 

‌If you require a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the products within fourteen (21) days of receiving your returned, products. 

‌‌Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items. 

‌‌If a promotional gift has been included in your order, and a return is made, reducing, your qualifying total for this gift, the full order must be returned. 

‌When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount / offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply. 

‌‌Please note that our stores cannot currently accept online order returns in store. Please follow the online returns process detailed above. Any return will need to be made in accordance with the return/ cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

elsieandtom.co.uk ships to physical recognised postal addresses within UK.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Elsieandtom.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages During Transit

Elsieandtom.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
